August 15th: Assumption Day – This holy day marks the occasion of the Virgin Mary’s bodily ascent to heaven at the end of her life.
Assumption Day is considered a Holy Day, but since it falls on a Saturday this year, it is not one of the obligatory days designated by the Church to attend Mass.
Therefore, only the 9:00am Mass will be offered.
