Please join our Seton Running and Walking groups – for fellowship and exercise.

We meet in the parking lot outside of the parish office doors.

Runners 7:00 a.m.– venture 3-6 miles off campus around our Lake Ridge neighborhood.
Walkers 8:00 a.m.-Enjoy companions and conversation as you walk and talk your way around the parish grounds. Finish in time to go to Mass! 

All levels of fitness are welcome!
