Saturday Mornings beginning August 3rd.
7:00 am – 8:30 am
in the Lower Level of Seton Hall
A 12-week ‘Couch to 5k’ training plan with a Christian focus that prepares people to be better witnesses for Christ physically, mentally, and spiritually. Classes meet on Saturday mornings for prayer, running education, and a ‘group run’.
Upon completion we will participate in the iWalk for ACTS 5k on Oct. 5, 2019 OR the MCM 10k on Oct. 27, 2019.
