in the Lower Level of Seton Hall
A 12-week ‘Couch to 5k’ training plan with a Christian focus that prepares people to be better witnesses for Christ physically, mentally, and spiritually. Classes meet on Saturday mornings for prayer, running education, and a ‘group run’.
Upon completion we will participate in the Holy Family “Falcon 5k” on May 18th, 2019.
