All information and photos will be used for a slide/video show at the Reception that follows the Baccalaureate Mass on June 1st.

  • Future Plans? (Name of College/University, Major Course of Study, Branch of Military, Full-Time Job, Volunteer, Gap Year)
  • Favorite Bible Verse?
  • Attach a Senior Portrait (Casual or Professional Photo) to be put into a slide/video show that will be played on the TV Monitors in the Church.
