Seton Lake Ridge Tag Tree Program, November 23rd—December 15th
“This year we are making a slight change regarding families in need for our annual Christmas Tag Tree Program. This year we will be working with Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Arlington to identify the needy among us here in Prince William County and beyond. Their programs serve the homeless, hungry, elderly and disabled. We have asked and they have readily supplied us with the information on many individuals and families that lack the essential resources to make a home of their own, let alone a Christmas celebration. It is our sincere hope that you will continue to support this program with the same generosity and spirit of good will toward others that has made our parish a beacon of hope to our brothers and sisters in need.”
1) Take a tag from one of the trees and purchase the present that is indicated on the tag.
2) Wrap the present and securely attach the tag, with the white information sheet still on it, to the package. We need the tags to ensure that the right person gets the gift.
3) Return the gift to church and place it under one of the Christmas trees in the Narthex no later than Sunday, December 15th.
If you have taken a tag and are unable to purchase the gift, please return the tag, in an envelope addressed to Human Concerns,
to the parish office by no later than Sunday, December 15th.
If you have any questions, please contact Betty Maher, Human Concerns Outreach Specialist at firstname.lastname@example.org or 703.494.4008, ext. 145.
Thank you for your generosity!
